I am a Seafarer from Poland, can I claim back my UK tax? Can I also make claims for prior years?

The EC Commission has now ruled on the 22 June 2010 that UK legislation is against EC law as it discriminates against EC non UK residents.

The law will now be changed and we will be submitting prior year claims on behalf of non UK residents.
