EC RULES IN FAVOUR OF POLISH SEAFARERS
Non UK tax residents that are part of the EC will now be treated the same as UK residents for the purposes of reclaiming their tax.
Polish seafarers etc that work in the North Sea should now be able to claim their tax back. Prior year claims should also be possible.
